Experience You Can Trust
Full Arch Treatment
At Mid-Kansas Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, we often meet patients who have lost all or most of their teeth, requiring full mouth rehabilitation. Our surgeons can provide options to restore you to a confident and healthy bite. Full arch treatment options typically include dental implants, which can last a lifetime and allow you to enjoy your favorite foods.
Wisdom Teeth Removal
For most patients, the jaw bone simply is not large enough to accommodate the eruption of wisdom teeth. This can result in the wisdom teeth being impacted, causing a range of problems that include chronic pain, crowding, and risk of infection. Our experienced surgeons can perform safe and expedient wisdom teeth removal.
Following the loss or extraction of a tooth, it is critical to have that tooth replaced as quickly as possible. Dental implants represent the standard of care, producing a tooth replacement option that can last a lifetime. Implants preserve the health of the underlying jaw bone and prevent the degradation of healthy, adjoining teeth.
Patients may require jaw surgery for a number of reasons. Sometimes, it is to repair a congenital issue. In other instances, it may be to address injuries caused by trauma. Our surgeons are experienced in several jaw surgery methods and can help restore your jaw to its normal form, functionality, and healthy aesthetics.
Facial trauma can be caused by many reasons, and some of the most common culprits include auto accidents, sports accidents, and other accidents around the home or workplace. No matter the cause of your facial trauma, our surgeons can provide surgical options, including jaw surgery, to restore functionality and ensure you look your best.
The canines, or eyeteeth, can sometimes become impacted, remaining submerged under gum tissue. Our surgeons have ample experience operating on impacted canines, creating a path for the teeth to erupt in a healthy way. We also work closely with orthodontists to ensure that these teeth find their proper position within your mouth.
